Audio Help

If you cannot listen/download then our servers our down. To test whether our servers our down, open a new window click this link or copy this url (http://www.jameswhale.prohosts.org) into your browser bar. If you get redirect to the homepage then this is not the problem.

If you do not have javascipt enable then the player will not appear.

In Internet Explorer multiple players are not supported so only one will appear, we suggested you download firefox (click the link at the bottom of our page).

Alternative: If you are still unable to hear any audio try downloading the .mp3 version.

 

Video Help

If you only get text then you need to download the most recent version of Shockwave - it is free.

If the video starts and then stops, then the video will be buffering and so you will need to wait until the buffering finishes.

Alternative: If you are still unable to watch the videos, try downloading the videos by right clicking and then clicking save as on the link.

 

Forum Help

If you cannot view the forum and get redirect to an about page that it because our server is currently unavaliable.

If you cannot post a message then it is because you are not logged in. If you do not have an account click create an account and then login and post your message.
